The Kingston City Council is to borrow $55.95 million to fund a new Aquatic Centre located in Mordialloc.

The loan drawdown schedule is:

* $27.975 million from 1 August 2024; AND

* a further $27.975 million from 1 July 2025

Council is open to fixed or variable (floating) rate offerings and is requesting tenderers to submit both rates.
