The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and reliable contractor to provide Hygiene Equipment Services throughout the City of Cockburn.

The Principal requires the provision of hygiene equipment and appropriate servicing to ensure City of Cockburn facilities are maintained in accordance with public health standards and customer expectation.

The City has various buildings at different locations and these buildings include community centres, recreation centres, administration buildings, libraries and halls. Some sites are staffed, and others are only used for bookings and events for the public.

Tenderers wishing to visit the sites are to contact the facilities directly to arrange inspection.

The proposed contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the date of award, with a Principal instigated option to extend for a one (1) year period and then for up to twelve (12) months after that to a maximum of five (5) years. The Contract is expected to commence in June 2024.

A review will be conducted by the Principal after the first twelve (12) months to ensure the effectiveness of the service provided is satisfactory and meets the requirements of the Principal. The Principal reserves the right to terminate the contract and seek alternatives if the aims of the review are not met after the first twelve (12) months.
