Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Village invite Company's to tender for Specialist Maintenance Services.
The Independent Contractor will:
(a) Provide 7 days per week afterhours services including emergency plumbing, — electrical, refrigeration and make safe jobs that may arise.
(b) Be Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Villages ‘Preferred Provider' of plumbing, electrical and refrigeration services.
