The Point Leo Foreshore Committee (the Committee) invites tenders for the operation of the Kiosk at Point Leo Foreshore Reserve.
Location: The Kiosk is situated on the Point Leo Foreshore Reserve, within the Main Beach Precinct, the Kiosk provides service to the local community, day visitors and the camping population. The kiosk includes a designated serving area, preparation space, and storage facilities.
Term: The initial term of the lease will be for five [5] years.
